A line of vegan biscuits developed by Future Cooking Lab: designed in the laboratory, produced in the kitchen. Three products born from a study on replacing butter with plant-based fats and on flavouring with active compounds from other gastronomic fields.

Benebuoni Caffè

Biscuits flavoured with concentrated coffee essence from the Torrefazione Giamaica di Verona. The roasted note integrates into the vegan structure, without imposed sweetness.

Benebuoni Vino

Biscuits made with reduced red wine as an aromatic ingredient. The wine notes concentrate in the structure; the residual sugar from the reduction balances the vegan formulation.
