El programa se ampli\u00f3 con la incorporaci\u00f3n de Mariana Koppmann al profesorado, aportando expertise en procesos de transformaci\u00f3n culinaria. La visita de campo del mi\u00e9rcoles a los productores emilianos se consolid\u00f3 como elemento estructural del programa.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo el patrocinio de la Universit\u00e0 di Parma y la Universitat de Barcelona.
