\"Scientific<\/div>\n

The International Summer School of Scientific Gastronomy is an annual intensive programme for undergraduate and graduate students in food science, gastronomy, cooking and related disciplines. Each edition takes place in Italy and combines theoretical lectures, hands-on laboratory sessions, guided tastings and field visits to producers in the Emilian food valley.<\/p>\n

The programme is free of charge and is taught in English, Spanish and Italian. Applications are accepted for up to 20 students; if demand exceeds capacity, selection is based on curriculum vitae.<\/p>\n
